Performance Management

At DroomDroom, we believe in supporting our employees to achieve their full potential and contribute to our company's success. Our performance management process is designed to foster continuous growth, learning, and improvement. Key aspects of our performance management process include:

Goal Setting ๐Ÿ†

At the beginning of each performance cycle, employees work with their managers to set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). These goals align with company objectives and individual development needs, ensuring that each team member has a clear direction and knows what is expected of them.

Regular Check-ins ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ

We encourage managers and employees to hold regular check-ins throughout the performance cycle. These check-ins provide an opportunity to discuss progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes. By maintaining open lines of communication, employees can receive ongoing feedback and support to stay on track with their goals.

Performance Reviews ๐Ÿ“ˆ

At the end of each performance cycle, employees participate in a formal performance review with their manager. This review includes a discussion of the employee's achievements, areas for improvement, and overall performance against their goals. It also provides an opportunity to set new goals for the upcoming performance cycle.

Personal Development Plans ๐ŸŒฑ

As part of the performance review process, employees and their managers collaborate to create a Personal Development Plan (PDP). This plan outlines the employee's development goals, learning opportunities, and resources needed to support their growth. PDPs may include on-the-job training, mentoring, workshops, or conferences.

We believe in celebrating and rewarding our employees' achievements.
